We started getting ready for the final exhibition today. Panels are ready, with only minor mistakes and some re-prints, and we managed to hang them all in the gallery space!

Today, we have finally finished editing and putting together a 10 min documentary about children from the apla center. I have to say, this was probably the most interesting part of my final project. It was something new and exciting for me personally and I hope to continue with it in the future.
I was in charge of the overall concept, art direction and graphics.

Finally received some badges for my FP, they will part of business card promotional material.
Just received a copy from Union of Graphic Designers in Czech Republic. The yearbook is showcasing very nice work from graphic design studios across Czech Republic.
While looking for inspiration for my final project business card designs, I came across this very simple and effective bus. card.
I got from printers our promotional material. After several problems – the unusual material that I chose to use was not good for the digital printing and paper kept tearing in the printer due to heat pressure. Than the printer ran out of all the material that I gave them and the 130gsm paper was sold out in the whole Czech Republic. I had to substitued some paper in the brochure with 240gsm.
on of my favourite poster design studios. The last work on “The girl with dragoon tatoo” is fantastic.
I like the concept development from the first shots to final images, that carry a strong message. The often custom made typography only enhances the final outcome.
While working on my final project, I gathered pieces of information from children suffering with autism.
I came across this “Youth Chart”, written by one of the children who presented it to school and demanded its strong adherence.
Prague ZOO has finally published its new logo. After several public competitions, that were not successful due to many reasons, Prague ZOO hired one of the most renowned agencies in the world to avoid any controversy.
Previous logo from artist Cihlar was very successful and in my opinion, it was one of the best ones I have seen in a long time. It was very unique, original and with is “rough” edges, it fit the animal world perfectly.
